We can provide procurement, processing, customization, transportation, customs clearance, and other services.

Our main markets are in the United States, European Union, Southeast Asia, Middle East, South Africa, and South America.
How many agents or wholesalers do you have overseas?
Currently, we have more than 6 agents overseas and provide services to more than 30 companies.
Can we use a specified packing method?
Of course, you can use any packaging method you specify.
Can you provide quotations for products not shown on your website?
There are too many toy products, and not all of them are displayed on our website. Please contact us for quotations.
Do your products support OEM customization?
Yes, we support OEM.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for stock products. For non-stock products, the minimum order is 100 units.
Can you provide a product catalog?
Please contact our business manager. We will send the product catalog to your email.
Are samples available free of charge?
Depending on the product, we can provide free samples for most products.
What is the mass production time and delivery time?
Mass production takes 45–60 days. Different products have different production cycles.
What are your payment terms and conditions?
When quoting, we will confirm the trading method with you (FOB, CIF, CNF, or others). For mass production, we usually require a 30% advance payment, and the balance is paid upon seeing the bill of lading. Payment methods include T/T and L/C.
What after-sales service do you provide?
When you receive the goods and have any problems, our business manager will contact you to handle them and provide satisfactory solutions.
